Shipping and Return Policy:

Thank you for considering Novitas Racing-Tech for your shopping needs. We are dedicated to offering you a convenient and satisfying shopping experience. Please carefully review our Shipping and Return Policy to understand our shipping procedures and the process for returning items.

Shipping:
- We offer standard shipping services for all orders placed on our website.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the order amount of the package.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
- We currently offer shipping to select countries within Europe. Please check the list of eligible countries at checkout.
- For shipping to countries outside of Europe, please contact our customer support team to inquire about availability and shipping rates.

Pre-Order Items:
- For items labeled as "Pre-Order," please note that it may take 4-8 weeks for the item to be shipped after the pre-order period ends. This duration allows for production and packaging processes.
- We will notify you via email of any updates regarding the estimated shipping date for pre-order items.
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the available items first and the pre-order items separately once they become available.

Returns:
- Prior to returning any item, a return request must be submitted and approved by our customer support team.
- To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include any tags or packaging materials.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X] business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
- We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item at our expense and provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Exceptions:
- The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  - Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  - Personalized or custom-made items.
  - Perishable goods.
- Returns that do not adhere to our policy criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.

Please note that orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
